Shrimp Sandwiches

Estimated preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- good handful of large peeled cooked shrimp sliced in half sideways
- brown bread or dark rye bread, no seeds
- soft cream cheese
- guacamole - homemade or purchased - your choice
- bean sprouts (optional)
Directions:
- spread cream cheese on one (or both if you like) slices of bread
- top with shrimp on one slice
- top with guacamole
- top with sprouts if you like
- Eat. Enjoy!
