Roasted Red Potatoes with Nutritional Yeast

Do you love roasted red potatoes? Who doesn’t right? They are absolutely delicious especially when the red potatoes are in season!  One of the best thing about roasted red potatoes is the millions of ways to flavor them! Of course, our go-to is rosemary garlic. (HProcessed with VSCO with 9 presetow could that be wrong?!) But here is a new way to try an old favorite!

Wipe down your potatoes and pat to dry. Cut potatoes into quarters, or if they are large, make them as small as you desire. (It’s important they are all similar in size for even cooking) Once your potatoes are dry toss them in a bowl with olive oil and spread them evenly on an oven tray.IMG_2686 Next, try sprinkling some salt and pepper, onion powder, parsley and nutritional yeast evenly over the sheet of potatoes!IMG_2121 Bake in a 400 degree oven until potatoes are crispy ( around 30 minutes or so.)

Not into nutritional yeast? That’s okay (although, it is delicious 😉 )Add your own favorite seasonings! Dill and parsley, rosemary and garlic, Italian seasoning or even BBQ seasoning! Really, the possibilities are endless!
