Icebox Coffee Brown Sugar Coffee Popsicle!

Just in time for your 4th of July cookout!

Our friends over at Icebox Coffee posted this recipe and it looked so we had to try it for ourselves!! Here at the Produce Place we LOVE Icebox coffee, so we couldn’t wait to try this summertime treat, not to mention it’s only 3 ingredients and super easy to make!


We used:

1 cup of JD Country Milk Heavy Cream

1 cup of organic Woodstock Farms Brown Sugar (which is currently on sale at the store ;))

1 container of Icebox Coffee Madagascar Vanilla

and a set of 6 popsicle molds! We bought these from!



Whisk the brown sugar and the heavy cream until it is nicely combined.

Next mix in your Icebox coffee! We used the Madagascar Vanilla, but the New Orleans Original Blend is just as yummy!

This is the fun part! Pour your mixture into your popsicle molds and pop them in the freezer!

Once Pops are frozen and set, run a bit of warm water over them for an easy removal and BAM! Your Icebox pop is ready! YUM!
